Terms and Conditions
- Please note only reserve items that are paid for with reflecting payments.
- There is a R100.00 extra charge for delivery.
- Processing time starts when payment reflects in our account.
- All orders placed on Friday after 14:00 will only be posted on Monday.
- You will be informed of your tracking number as soon as we’ve posted your item/s.
- Please note item/s are posted via Aramex and might take 24-96 hours to be delivered to your doorstep.
- Please contact us on WhatsApp +2774 303-4676 for follow ups and delivery information.
- Please confirm receipt of delivery when you receive your goodies. If you do not mind please send pictures to share on Instagram
- Please note your happiness is our business, kindly note we DO NOT do cash refunds though we are happy to exchange your item for anything else we have in stock. On prevision the returnable is in its original state and unworn and you are liable for the courier costs
- Please note that items are to be returned to us in 1 – 7 days after date of receipt, there after we do not accept items
- Please note that only one promo code can be used at the same time, you can not use more than one promo code at check out and promo codes are not eligible for on sale items.

- Please note consent has been given for all pictures of all minors shared/posted on our website. Timely Tots Boutique is FULLY LEGALLY LIABLE and has reserved rights for all pictures posted on our website.
- Timely Tots Boutique has a duty protect the identity of the children with whom we work and a responsibility to meet minimum standards of their protection, no names or references will be made to or about them and their families.
- We fully adhere and understand the regulation which states: “The best interest of the child” is of paramount importance and will be prioritised in all matters related to all children’s protection and respect the dignity and self-worth of each and every child on our page.
- Timely Tots Boutique 100% complies to the POPI Act as per below regulations:
Sections 2 to 38; sections 55 to 109; section 111; and section 114 (1), (2) and (3).
